The company answered my first call promptly and the repair person arrived in the time frame given. But my problem was not fixed and when I called again, I did not receive a call back. The value in the visit was in getting an idea of what might be wrong. My husband finally fixed the problem.

This was an awkward install as the contractor who ran the gas line didn't do it properly. D&D worked around the problems and gave advice on permanent solutions using HVAC contractor.

They called en route as I was told they would. They solved the problem with my dishwasher in the estimated time-frame and they charged me the amount they estimated it would cost. They were polite. I would recommend them to a friend and I will call them first if I need another repair.
