Postponed initial scheduled appointment due to truck problems. Waited almost three weeks for repairs. However once on site completed the work and cleaned up.

This relationship with Peter the owner was relaxed and informative. He was honest in his advice. He evaluated the outbuilding and presented his cost estimate on site. He explained the reasons for the costs and the extent of man hours and personnel to be used. He was straight forward with scheduling options. He was encouraging dialogue if anything did not appear clear or questionable . He offered to also remove remaining trash that was close to the demolition if we wished without extra cost. Peter and John were on site on time and began the work immediately. They stopped only for lunch. They completed the work on time as projected
