Landscape - Soil, Sand, Mulch and Rock Delivery - For Business
I told him we wanted #67 SC River Rock and when he finally did deliver he brought us #57 slag rock. He stated that the rock he brought was the 67 river rock that was ordered. Our maintenance man paid him for the rock and he left with it. Talked with him next business day and he stated he would bring us the right rock and would reduce the delivery charge. He was supposed to call on Monday with delivery time. Have not heard from him since. This contractor should not be recommended to anyone. He also told our maintenance man that he hadn't driven the truck in five years.

"The customer ordered the rock and was told what he would be brought! We are not able to return the rock after it is bought. I was willing to give them the rock but they declined. Im sorry for the confussion but the customer was not accurate in his description of the product! I was not able to get the rock that was needed and called to confurm with no contact. It is a missunderstanding that was concluded with no conflict. I have been in bussiness over seven years and have plenty of possitive feeds. Im sorry for the event that took place but it was out of my control. I have delivered several loads with great success. Thanks, B&M Construction"
