get the problem, it took some time to get the parts

Don't remember much....it was awhile ago.

Although the appliance could not be repaired so we ended up having to buy a new one, D&R was courteous, responsive, and did not try to talk us into fixing something that was ultimately not worth it.

D&R called to make an appt and kept it. Serviceman was friendly, took time to explain what the problem was, show the parts, and explained a little bit about washing machine repair to my 12 year old son. Pricing was explained ahead of time, and was fair. No surprises, friendly, competent, and on-time; can't ask for anything more than that.

Quinn did an excellent job repairing my washing machine. It took longer than he expected, but he remained patient (with me looking over his shoulder) and got the job done.

Prompt, reliable service. He explained the problem and how he fixed it. 30 day warranty on labor, 90 day warranty on parts.

The dishwasher repair went very well today.

He showed up as promised and took the information needed to order the parts that need replacing.

Mr. Williams was very responsive with our initial request for service accommodating our immediate need for service. Though a pleasant and experienced with Sub Zero refrigerator, we experienced a real disconnect in expectations and communications. After the initial service, a request for payment without seeing the invoice with work completed and needed to finished. We were able to successfully work out an arrangement as we do not pay in full for work not completed. With family arriving for the holidays, it was made clear it the urgency. Communication on the status of the part and delivery dropped off. In the end we did get the service.

The work was done within a reasonable timeframe and the cost was reasonable.

Prompt and efficient however left a big mess on my new lime green carpet. Had to have it professionally cleaned which was very disappointing.....
