D & R Cleaning, LLC

The first time they cleaned the house adequately. On subsequent days their service quality deminished until I had to discontinue their service. I sent them a check for $15 to ship my keys back to me. To date they have not returned my keys although they cashed the check over two weeks ago. I defenitely would recommend not using these people. They are too needy!! At this writing I question their honesty. I now have to change the locks on my home.

I was unable to view the cleaning for a couple of weeks after D&R did the job. I had given them a list of what I wanted them to do and to give me a bid on. The bid was great, the work was incomplete or they didn't bother to look at the list. I had to clean the furnace room that wasn't even touched, clean under the stove, that wasn't moved and cleaned under as I had requested, scrub the tile floors by hand, I don't think mopping and moving dirty water around is what was called for, wipe down all the basboards before I could paint them, re-clean the stained carpets in the master bedroom. So over all, I was very disappointed.

Cleaned 2 wing back chairs. Not able to clean area rug because it was wool. Original estimate was for under $100. for 2 chairs and the rug. Charged $90 for 2 chairs without the rug. Had I known I would have gotten other estimates. D&R Cleaning staff was friendly and efficient, but I feel that the cost was too high.

They were good enough to work only once a month.

Doug was prompt, and did an amazing job on my couches! I had no idea they were THAT filthy! They look amazing now. I plan on having him back to do my persian rug sometime soon!

Very nice couple who were very attentive to our needs. Cleaned upholstery, carpet and house. We will continue having them clean for us once a month. They have all the cleaning supplies and equipment to do it all----a valuable find!
