"I do not know how a homeowner can give a low value for money when I gave an estimate before a job is started so Mrs. Pilarski knew the cost so she could not have hired me if the cost was too high for her. As for customer service, I had to come back at least 3 times because of products she was to supply in two weeks time and she had me wait at least an extra week just to do the work. As for the problem, she called me two weeks after I installed a toilet in her downstairs bathroom. She said it was leaking, I came out the next day, the problem was her tile contractor for the downstairs bathroom was not grouted and they needed a toilet working for the other contractor's. If it was my fault I would have not charged to remove and reinstall the toilet, I only charged for a new wax ring but the toilet was removed. New bolts and the wax ring was all smashed up the tile installer removed the toilet and grouted then reinstalled the toilet and they made the leak because it was not installed properly and the person how did this was part of her family. I showed Molly the shower valve installation she checked the temperature a said nothing of a problem. New homeowner and was shocked at all the cost of installations. I do not agree about the rating when the job was completed 2 months ago."

"I do not know why I was given a 2.0 for customer service when I worked with home owner with cabinets she had gotten from a store display.I had to make what she had work and fix the cabinets that did not work.I worked with her on timing because she tried to do some of the work her self. She had cabinets in a storage unit and I had to wait weeks until she had the cabinets at her home. I just do not know how some one can give a low score when I tried to work with her with a job that most installers would not take."

"As a installer I am traveling all over North Texas and I am Never late. If I get to a job site I will wait until the appointment time. I do not work in The Colony that much so I do not Know the area that well.If the home owner did not wont me to use the restroom I would have waited until the job was completed.To say I went through her home was wrong I asked her to use the restroom she showed me to the restroom I did not know it was a problem until she wrote this review.I do not know how I could get a poor customer service review for asking to use the restroom. Its wrong and not fair."
