Kitchen - Remodel
Edmondo and the D'Avanzo team are top of their game. They were recommended to me by a mutual friend, and I'm always skeptical when hiring anyone to do work in my home. Edmondo responded to my communications, showed up on time, and was extremely respectful / mindful of keeping my job on track, on time and clean. We wound up doing a complete kitchen remodel, and Edmondo's resources (including architectural design, cabinet selection, plumbing selection, etc.) were all on point. Do your diligence, get your estimates and then give Edmondo and his team the chance to bid your business. You will NOT be disappointed!

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Edmundo and his team were a pleasure to work with. They not only provided superior work, but their insight made the process so easy. Our renovation was a huge project and I am thankful we chose this outfit to see it through. Every step in the process was handled professionally and we got the attention we deserved. Overall, this company resets the bar. I am nothing short of thrilled by everything.

Kitchen - Remodel
I heard about D avanzo Construction through a friend who did her kitchen. It came out beautiful and meticulous. I contacted them when I was ready to do my kitchen and they were professional from beginning to end. They completed the project on time and kept me updated every step of the way. Def would recommend them over and over.

Concrete Driveways & Floors - Install
We contacted D'Avanzo and sons at the recommendation of another contractor, because of their expertise in driveway repaving using pebbled concrete. They are busy folks precisely because they are the kind of top notch company that gets such referrals from other professionals. So yes we did have to 'wait our turn' but it was completely worth the wait. They are very professional, courteous and reasonably priced. They did a perfect job and an immaculate clean-up. I recommend them without hesitation for any construction/repair project.

Contractor was hired in July 2015 to ripe out the old tile, cement, and paint the wrought iron stairs. Job was to take about 3-4 days with 3 guys including a foreman. Job would start once I paid a deposit. Edmond was to pick up the deposit so work could start, finally had to mail my deposit. Emailed him 8/13/15 and asked when work can start and was informed that he was still waiting for deposit. I let him know that the deposit was mailed 7/23/15 and cleared my bank 7/29/15. He informed me that work would start in September. We agreed on 9/21/15. Job got completed 10/19/15 when he came to pick up his money. I told him the job didn't really look right and that I was concerned about water leakage and he said it will not leak. I informed him in December 16, 2015 that the problem wasn't solved and I sent him pictures. and things looked bad and that the rust was back on the stairs. he told me this was most likely the run off from the work done. Emailed him in March 21,2016 and told him about the rust and the beams having an issue and that he needed to do something about it. There was one excuse after another why he couldn't get there to look at it. Now I had rust on top of the metal beams around the porch as well, as they were exposed to the wet weather as before they were covered by the old tile. Why the metal was left uncovered is beyond me. March 29th he told me he would have to come look at it as he said the job was done correctly and that the issue was there before. I hired him to fix the issue not cause more issues. April 5th I e mailed him to see what will be done and he said when it warms up he will fix it. He told me the metal was corroded and it would rust anyway and that they will have to replace it. I never had rust on top of the beams as they were not exposed before. Here we are June 8 and they never came back. When I told him that I was going to give him a bad review he said I had the problem before. the job didn't take 2-4 days it took 3-4 weeks. I finally gave up and hired another company to do the job correctly. They told me the job was done poorly and explained to me why. I had to spend an additional $2,500 to have the job done correctly. All the metal is covered on top of the porch and new granite tiles have been put in correctly. Now I have to find someone to clean the rust off the stairs and paint them and the beams that hold the porch up. Now I have no leaks. And to think that I was going to hire them to do the back yard. When I told him I was going to write a bad review, he thought it wasn't fair and how I can even think to do that. The entire job from the beginning was a mess. And for him to tell me I had the issue before, was wrong, as he was hired to fix it and not cause more problems. I have pictures of before the job, after the job and the additional corrosion caused, and pictures of what the job should have looked like.
Response from D'Avanzo & Sons Construction Corporation
"With all due respect my 1 1/2 year old nephew passed away unexpectedly (My Brother's son - my business partner) during this job. We were hired to correct an issue caused by a previous contractor. The customer was informed prior to starting the job that what we were doing might not fix the issue 100%. Even with my family torn apart we still made it a point to work with this customer and try to make her happy."

Major Home Repair (General Contractor)
It took a while for them to begin but before too long I realizes that was because they were so busy and that's because of the excellent quality of their work. Their attention to minute details was amazing. If you don't mind getting up at 7 AM, these are the guys for you. David, Luis and Mark worked really well together. Every time I mentioned something I wanted to do, I would turn around and they would be doing it for me. Very neat and clean. 5 stars. Thanks guys for fixing our house.

Kitchen - Remodel
I did not use this company for kitchen remodeling. They framed boiler room in basement and painted Epoxy paint in the rest of the basement. They were efficient and followed through by doing exactly what they said they would at a fair price. Very friendly and easy to work with.

They did an excellent job. Very helpful suggestions that made the job come out even better than the idea would have. I never felt rushed. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy.
