D & B Heating and Cooling went *above and beyond* to help me with my (lack of) air conditioning. My A/C unit went out on a Friday evening. I had reached out to several other companies with repair service requests, but my situation wasn't considered an emergency. Out of desperation and frustration, after several days and a 100-degree July 4th holiday with no A/C, I reached out again for help via this site. D&B responded within 3 hours. They were at my house from 8:00pm thru 9:30pm (yes, in the evening as it got dark) diagnosing and trying to fix the problem, and were back at my house at 8:30am the next morning for the final repairs. My A/C unit had been been hit with lightning. D&B successfully did their best to 'unstick' and refurbish the slightly welded parts, rather than installing new parts or recommending a brand new unit, which of course saved me a lot of expense. I was extremely impressed with D&B's responsiveness and commitment to superb customer service. They are great guys doing honest work. I highly recommend them and will absolutely call them for any future services needed.

Dennis has been great! We are still having issues with our AC making funny sounds and air not reaching the top floor where the bedrooms are. He came out twice to try and fix out screeching AC unit problem but it was never properly fixed. We tried to reschedule but never heard back. I’m sure he’s super busy with it being summer time but it’s turning into a sauna in all the bedrooms while the basement is like an igloo. Otherwise D&B have been fantastic and super nice and easy to talk to!

They came out during icing conditions and came a day earlier than they were scheduled to. They immediately diagnosed that the blower fan was inoperative and got the part that same day so that our renters had heat again! As a landlord, I was very appreciative and impressed by this father and son team. Good Job Guys!

So glad I was able to get someone to come and repair our ac unit that ended up needing a motor. It was expensive but the part itself is pretty pricey but they took care of the issue while I was at work and I'm very greatful they were to get my AC working!
