CONSUMERS BE AWARE. Real consumer review here. They charged me the full amount for the AC repair on May 7th 2022, kept me waiting for the next 2 weeks till May 22nd without AC, in between those 2 weeks told me twice that technician is on his way but no one came. Told me that they have initiated refund on 23rd May and I still have not received any refund (todays date June 17th). they stopped replying to my update request on May 31st. 5 star reviews are from people related to owner (Corey and Taurin). Started strong but got sloppy. Dry way and painting was fine, but finish work was sloppy. Electrical work was fine. This guy bid my vinyl floor but clearly had never done flooring. It was a disaster. He offered to repair it, but it was beyond repair. I am having it removed and replaced by a flooring pro. He could have at least watched some online tutorials before he butchered. He also did not clean up. Left paint on my storm door handle and my wifes rain coat. If did not have someone with experience he should attempt a project. The most expensive project is the one you have to redo.

They were great and I highly recommend them. Their customer service was awesome.

He was quick, and did a thorough job and great communication.

Due to the unacceptable way they left my home from two service agreements and no contact since Monday night, I am canceling the rest of the work the company was to provide. I have informed them and have provided many pictures in my claim to them. They even turned the water off to the toilet because it leaked, starting yet another problem to be handled. How dare he talk about the first contractor after he has done the same thing to two elderly women and two disabled people in this home.

He wonâ t waste your time or move slow because he is being paid by the hour. I love knowing how much I am paying upfront and what the problem is. He explains what is going on and what needs to be done to fix the problem in a way anyone can understand. . He even goes over signs to tell if there is a problem with your A/C unit so you can fix it before the problem gets bigger. I would give 10 stars if I could!
