lauren was on time and installed the washer/dryer. Even after installation he came back to help fix a wobbly leg.

Quite impressed with Lauren's quick response to inquiry, and happy he was available to install my new dishwasher on short notice, i.e. the next day. Would have appreciated a call to let me know he'll be a little late. Lauren was professional and competent. I'd use him again, and I'd recommend him to anyone who needed a kitchen appliance installed.

Lauren of D&B checked our four smoke alarms and replaced the batteries as my wife and I are senior citizens and no longer climb ladders. He also installed a combination smoke/carbon monoxide alarm. He was professional, courteous and responded quickly to our request . If needed I will contact D&B in the future.
