David from Dbj was by far the best contractor experience I've had in tennessee I called several contractors most never showed and the ones that did didnt have the confidence that david had . He answered every question and came up many ideas for my deck and gable install he and his workers were awesome and very skilled . I would recommend Dbj any outdoor construction need you might want to do my wife loved how he picture framed our composite deck and did a molding framing around the cedar 6x6 s nothing but perfection thank you Dave.

Dave the owner was very professional and kept us up to date on everything. We are very pleased with our new deck. I would recommend him and his crew.

My 8 x 12 screened in patio was a fair project. However, David, the owner is a very uncouth, unprofessional person. I told him I wanted a door with a lock. He installed a door with a latch hook. When I disagreed with the door that he installed, he said he would put a new door there, but I would have to pay for him to remove the old one and install the new one. I agreed to pay for the new door, but not for his mistake. He replied, he didnâ t make a mistake. He is a very dishonest, unprofessional person. I regret ever hiring him. Now I have to have someone else replace the door. He absolutely doesnâ t stand by his work or have any type of good work ethics. If you ever hire him, which I donâ t advise, make sure you donâ t pay him upfront until youâ re completely satisfied with his work. Which, unfortunately I did. You can look on his site and see the cheap door he installed on my patio.

David does a first class job. The result was beautiful and exactly what we wanted!

I am very pleased with my new outside room and pool deck from DBJ construction. They were quick to build it and I was very happy that Dave Ryan wanted to coordinate with the pool installers to make it sure it was exactly what I wanted. The end result is beautiful and my son and I LOVE IT.

Work was completed April 2020...late review. Quote was more expensive than we wanted but they showed up when we couldnâ t get anyone else to answer the phone. Quality work. Our only complaint comes down to finishing the small things in a timely manner but overall we are very happy with our new deck. Would hire them again.

David was always responsive. His crew was very polite. The site was cleaned up at the end of every day. He takes pride in his work and will do what is needed to make you happy. I would highly recommend him.

DBJ Construction just completed a wood deck for my wife and I. Needless to say, we were VERY pleased. The workmanship was top notch. David did a great job of keeping us abreast as to how things were developing and they completed the job in a timely manner. Admittedly, it was not the cheapest estimate, HOWEVER, we were comfortable in going with DBJ because of their professionalism and the feeling we had that they would do what they said and stand behind their product. We were not disappointed. The workmanship was awesome and I highly recommend DBJ to anyone looking for a good quality deck job.

I had a very small job, but they came out, evaluated it and agreed to do it at a fair price. Actually got to it quicker than originally quoted. Work was professional and timely. Price was fair. Interaction was courteous and professional at all times. I would hire them again.

They worked through rain and snow to get my porch rebuilt. Two huge pine trees fell on my front porch and demolished it. Dave and his crew worked solid for three days removing the old porch and rebuilding the new porch. He made a few some improvements and I liked it much better. Would definitely hire DBJ Construction again!

Everything he said he would do, he did and showed up everyday. Dave and crew cleaned up after themselves each and everyday and keeping the grounds neat and clean. He kept me in loop everyday and always answers his phone and if you have to leave a message he gets back to you asap. He uses all quality products and contractors for electrical and roofing. Dave was on site working right with his crew. Would definitely use again and would recommend to others.
