I like that there were two reports. One that had pictures and another that was only remarks. Doug was responsive and it was the primary reason why we selected him. He called me at 9:00 p.m. while I was browsing home inspection prices. I needed someone to be ready and he demonstrated that through action. I schedule for a next day inspection and it was made. Recommendation: In order to obtain the best value, I would recommend that you walk with the inspector and ask questions. Doug is experience and knowledgeable but most importantly he is willing to share. He has a pleasant demeanor and do recommend his work. Make sure you request both reports so that you do not receive just one. I wish that remarks weren't so generalized, however, it may be industry standards.
