the job entailed "repointing" two short natural flagstone walks leading up to two doors. Stones had to be freed from their decaying mortar, a level bed created underneath and relaid and mortar. They took two full days and part of a third to complete the job. Ultimately, one can't assess the job accurately as soon as it's complete - "time will tell," but it looks good now!.
