"We consistently checked with you on our work progress. You had stated it was looking good. At the end of the day before leaving site. You stated, that we could come back tomorrow to finish our work. Everything was fine, and we scheduled your appointment. We then the next morning checked our scheduler, you had cancelled. Called you several times and no answer even left you several voice mails which you never got back with us on. It took a letter to get you to speak to us, then tell us you we're not satisfied. Don't work for this person, as she will cheat your company & your money and leave you with lies!."
