From the estimate process to the job completion, everyone was very professional, helpful, and great to work with. Alea keeps the process moving from the office, and the guys were friendly and did an amazing job. Will definitely hire again, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Everyone was very nice. They got the quote to me quickly and at a good price. I priced out one other contractor and they were almost double what PB quoted me. Even though the installers had some trouble running the drain, they charged me exactly what the quoted price was. I am very happy with the service I got from DB and will be using them again.

They did a great job & were friendly to me & got it done in timely manner once they came , but I told them I had an emergency water shutoff because of a leak from the main waterline coming inside the house & they still couldnâ t come out for 6 days after that. Thatâ s the only thing I was frustrated with from them.

We were getting my mothers home ready for rental and needed a full remodel of one bathroom. One of the best contractors in town (and we have used several). They are professional, polite, thorough, and work as a team. They left the job site clean each day and worked with us on a few added items (update of a half-bath, replacement of faucet set in the kitchen, and fire hydrant). One of the things that impressed us so much about this company is their teamwork. They like each other and get along well. Their ranks include professional tradespeople with decades of experience. The level of communication they have between teams helps make their work efficient and time-sensitive. They started the job the day they set and were fabulous at estimating how long it would take. They answered questions and discussed concerns readily with us, and when we wanted to understand the how and why of work they were doing, they stopped to explain it, patiently. Good value for the work. There is nothing like being able to relax and trust a construction team. On all days and in all things, it felt like they had *our back*. I cannot wait to bring them back to my home for a bathroom remodel we need to be done here.

I talked with two different people and both were extremely friendly. I was leaning towards replacing my hot water heater, and he explained that he could do it very quickly before the end of the day. The cost was reasonable for the job, and he was unbelievably efficient and quick took only a few minutes once he started. He double checked all of the fittings and checked it over thoroughly. He explained any questions that I had and was patient when speaking with me (and also my kids and dog). Great service and would definitely use DB Plumbing again!
