They did a new roof for us in delray was awesome and explained everything in an easy to understand way and even got us approved for financing no payments first year!

Gonna keep It short and simple. We contracted them to do 3 Roofs back to back in East Boca, me and both of my neighbors all have tile roofs. Did an amazing job and gave us a Huge discount because we did 3 at the same time. For sure recommend them for roofing, but also if you're going to do volume, they have the best value for price in my opinion. Thumbs up!

They replaced our tile roof for our office in Boca Raton near mizner. Very easy to work with they made sure they directed traffic and made sure no nails ended up in any tires as there Is heavy traffic near mizner. 10/10

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! WITH DBS ROOFING... We had a roof leak during late June, which was determined to be damage at one row of tiles at the flashing, the valley, and allegedly repaired by DBS Roofing. Fees were inexpensive, but as you will see in the end of my review, costly in the end. Might I add, they demanded payment before the job was even concluded. Not even giving us the time to test the job and see if it truly was repaired. Most of the companies that we contacted including the final one we went with (New Company), only collected payment after rain to guarantee its completion of work. Nonetheless, after some additional rain storms during August we had the very same leak in our home. Same company and person returned. They claimed this did not fall under the one-year guarantee therefore expanding their scope and repairing the valley, which we paid additional monies for. Furthermore, during the storm in October, same leak returned. After numerous conversations, ignored calls/messages, and disagreements in connection with the poor work performed by DBS we reluctantly allowed the company to return a fourth time to guarantee and repair the leak. Just 2 days later after another rainy day, to our unimaginable disappointment the leak remained. At this point, we gave up on DBS, and contacted several other companies to inspect the roof and provide their professional opinion. They all stated that based on their review of the attic (which DBS reluctantly entered, denying to, the first 3 times, but eventually after much insistence from my wife, entered the 4th time) the valley and flashing should have been repaired collectively as evidenced from the moisture underneath the roof, but was never repaired. Instead, Home Depot paper was used, as well as a boatload of tar. We ultimately went with (New Company ) Roofing (Mxxxxx), who provided us timely updates, exceptional and professional work, and pictures of the work performed, which DBS refused to give us. Debbie excuse was that the pictures were lost. New Company experience was smooth and easy. We were given such piece of mind. Working with Martin and his team at New Company was truly effortless, unlike Debbie and DBS, which was a complete nightmare. In conclusion, she in turn has kept our money and refuses to except any responsibility, in fact, blames the rain, and is willing to continue returning as a courtesy as she likes to call it. I caution anyone considering this company, DBS to repair their roof. Do not be fooled. Our new company not only had to finally fix the original leak that we had initially called DBS for, but they also had to fix the botched job that DBS did on our roof with tar and cheap paper. Do not base your decisions solely on cost. Their cheap cost was just that, and it spoke for itself. There are better options out there!

I thought they did right by us when they removed a solar tube and patched up the hole, but now we've just had our second home insurance policy cancelled because of the work they did. We had the work assessed by a local roofer we know and he said that the new tiles were not laced in properly. When I requested documentation regarding the work they did, the owner said that she no longer has any of those records. [Note: They did this work approx three years ago, but as the nature of this type of work is intended to provide long-term benefits, I didn't feel that it was inappropriate to submit this review now.]

They did an excellent job of repairing a leak in my tile roof. The man who did the work was very friendly and answered all my questions. I would recommend this company to others.

They came on a Saturday and said it would take 3 or 4 hours and it took less than an hour. They did knock $200 off their quote and the work is guaranteed for a full year

Prompt estimate...work done 2 days later...workers were experienced and polite....price was fair and reasonable...owner is knowledgeable and honest..have recommended to friends.

We had a roof leak "repaired" by DBS Roofing. It recurred two more times and still the repairs were unsuccessful. Several months after the initial repair, my handyman noticed water trickling down an exterior wall of the house and told the roofer there was a roof leak. The roofer did something on the roof and charged me $600. Still, water trickled down the exterior wall. He was called back and said "There is no roof problem; the water is coming in through rotted fascia". Two days later, there was a flood in the room behind that wall. The new carpet and padding were soaked and had to be removed. The drywall was removed, revealing mold. I asked Debbie, the owner of the company, to come to the house and inspect the roof. She never showed up knowing that they failed miserably and had an unhappy customer. Not only are they lousy roofers, she is also a lousy business person who is only interested in taking your money; not in satisfying the customer. We hired a new roofer to fix the leaks. He said the flood was from a roof leak which was an extension of the first leak which was never satisfactorily repaired. We had a few storms with no leaks after the roof was properly repaired. We spent a lot of money on roof repairs and even more money replacing new carpet, padding and drywall. We needed mold remediation specialists to remove the mold. We were fortunate in that my homeowners insurance paid for part of the repairs. We were still out over $10,000. We had a lawyer send her a letter asking for her liability insurance carrier which she ignored. I researched and found she had 3 different insurance carriers that year. I filed a claim against one of the insurers and of course they rejected it. I could see that each insurer would point the finger at the other and decided to go no further. In summary: Multiple roof leaks not repaired. This roofer didn't know that rotted fascia is usually due to roof leaks and we are out over $10,000.

Job quote was done quickly. All the workers were friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent experience, end result was perfect!

Debbie really knows her job and has the right crew working with her. She takes the worries and put your mind at ease. The final result is amazing. DBS is a company to trust and they work with your need and budget. I have definitely recommended DBS to some of my family and friends.

Came on time,cleaned up very well after finishing and said they would be back to repair one spot the hands on owner wasn't happy with. Owner being on site was a huge plus,very knowledgable.

They weren't the cheapest, but they are licensed and insured, and very professional. Project was completed ahead of schedule which was also a plus.

Came out for an estimate one day, started the repair the next and was finished after the 4th day. Incredible!
