Derek called me promptly after I scheduled time on Homeadvisor. I had my concerns about the speaker installation as I wanted them in the ceiling but the beams in my house go different directions in the ceiling. Derek confirmed this and quickly outlined a plan to get the speakers where I wanted them. He was also able to do the job the same day at a reasonable price! He finished the job within 4 hours and the job was amazing. The speakers sound great and I would definitely use DB smart Home for other projects.
