"First of all there were 2 additions to the customers contract during construction: 1 was a credit to the customer, and the other was an addition of beadboard over the standard plywood which was the included ceiling cover requested by the customer at contract. As far as taking "unused leftovers home " the contract between myself and the customer was turnkey, requiring me to provide all materials and labor. As far as repairs I was informed of these after the customer refused to pay for lattice which he wanted added ,I would be more than happy to make repairs if customer would agree to pay for the additions he asked me to make."
