They were hard workers and did a good job

They are not responding to our satisfaction. We had them come out to cut limbs that were hanging over a structure that holds plumbing to the house.. They did not use the correct equipment to cut tree limbs. They were supposed to use ropes to control the cut limbs from free fall. They cut an 8 inch diameter 12 foot long limb that was over an 8x10 foot structure that houses our water softener, iron clear and our well and did not use a rope to control the limb fall. The limb fell on the 8x10 foot structure. They then cut another very large limb without a rope that fell uncontrolled and damaged our fence. These limbs could have fallen any where and possibly injured a person as the limbs were not controlled coming off of the tree. They stated that they are supposed to take care of damage that they caused to fence but the they have not after 7 weeks. After the 4th fence company that the SP sent out there has been no repair done. Owner Celissia stated that she would pay for the damage no matter the cost. An estimate for $993 to repair fence had been given by last fence company that is willing to do the job, but now have not heard from Celissia for three weeks since the estimate. Now Celissia is not taking our calls and are not providing the remedy they stated they were going to provide.

They did a great job will have them back in about 3 weeks or so..Very punctual, courteous, and hard working was here for 3 1//2 hours and we were happy with the job..Will recommend them...........Greg & Kim Panama City Florida

I was very impressed from start to finish on this job. I needed two full size trees removed, as well as mowing and weed eating done. They were very professional and friendly. They took great care of areas that had cable or electrical lines around it. They make you feel like a person and not just a number. I will definitely hire them again.

You have to be out with them to keep reminding them to rake up debris, not push it off onto your good plants. Also reminding to leaf-blow. Their mowers had no grass catcher, so thatch built up. But they did show up, and I am not able to do all this myself. Did a very good job @ removing heavy branches of overgrown trees. I have a very large yard, and it took several visits to get under control. It was daunting to many other lawn maintenance companies, so I appreciate their staying and will continue with them.
