DCAL Construction Corporation

We selected DCAL construction from the Homeadvisor listing. The job involved sheetrocking and painting ceilings of three bed rooms, fixing the attic closet flooring that was affected by a water leak and bathroom tile work to fix a leak. Our primary worker was Andy and he had help from Dominick and Tony for some of the work. Andy's cost estimate for the work in the beginning was reasonable given some of the uncertainties we had and we adjusted the price based on what was actually needed as we went along. He is mindful of cost overruns and checked with us each time before we committed. Andy is fun to work with. He is very conscientious, meticulous and proud of his work. Over a period of three weeks we planned together and carried out all the repairs, sometimes on Saturdays or Sundays. We are very happy with the quality of the work and appreciate the passion Andy brings to his job. We intend to use DCAL for other renovations in the near future.

I had a disaster with my previous contractor so I called DCAL after seeing the reviews online. The next day Andy and Dom stopped by and it was clear that these guys know what they are doing, Hired them initially to install some drywall into an alcove. Did a fantastic job and then I had them do some painting. Excellent eye for detail and would totally recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable professional outfit who take care whilst doing a great job.

DCAL Construction completely renovated my bathroom with everything new including bath tub, which meant demolition first. Everything was completely redone. New tile and grout to ceiling around bathtub, new tile floor and grout. Walls had to be fixed where studs where loose in two areas. Had to have some new pipes installed due to age. New drywall installed where needed. All new bath fixtures, new shower door which is beautiful too. New paint on ceiling and walls. They replaced ceiling light with new vent, light and heat unit. They also replaced my saddle as you enter the bathroom along with new door. They put everything exactly where I wanted it. The paid attention to detail which some contractors just put things in and walk away. Very impressed with their work. It took time but it was done excellently. If you want the job done right and have the time, I recommend them with flying colors. Thank you, DCAL Construction!

Dom and Andy recently updated my bathroom which started out as only replacing the floor with porcelain tile. It quickly expanded to painting (removing and replacing molding), plumbing repair and window updating. Great guys and very nice work. Even my dog liked them!!!! Love my "new" bathroom. Thanks Dom and Andy!

Dom and Andy did an amazing job installing a mantel and stone tile on my fireplace. Dom was a perfectionist in installing the tile, making sure imperfections in the wall didn't affect the finished product. Also went out of their way to fit me into an already full schedule to ensure all work was done before Christmas. A++ work and people, highly recommended. Will definitely go straight to DCAL with my next project in the house.

Meticulous, on-time, conscientious, and did not waste time. Worked late in the day to complete the job. Dom and Andy were always careful not to spread dust or not to make a mess. They always tried to fit my schedule, despite their own busy work load. I've done a lot of DIY jobs, and have hired quite a few workers, but their finished job was exceptional.

Went above and beyond what was asked.

Pleased with the outcome.

I have hired a few companies to do work around my house. Dom and Andy are by FAR two of the best I have ever met!!! They showed up on time, are professional, worked hard and got the job done fast. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a GREAT construction company.

If I could I would give them ten stars. Dominick and Andy are the most conscientious professionals that I've come across in a long time. I hired them to paint my living room which has a 19 foot cathedral ceiling and and open staircase they came prepared and did a great job. I will be hiring them for future projects besides painting they also do carpentry, they also installed base wall moldings.

They did a great job. They are very good.
