Dwight did a really poor job, he didn?t stand by his work. Made the mistake of paying him ahead of time because we were traveling. Came home to a terrible job,(seems of previous tile job were still visible, through his coating. We also had some missing property, after they were done?.

Do not, under any circumstances, use DC Coatings for any work whatsoever. Dwight was supposed to deliver a beautiful 2750 sqft. polished concrete floor and instead it turned into a 16 month nightmare. Streaky, dull, chalky, uneven, scratched, peeling joint filler, etc. start to describe the floor that was provided. Excuse after excuse from this guy. DC Coatings will cut every corner possible on your job. You will receive lazy (and that is being generous) and sloppy work that you will never be happy with. He even poured out his used joint filler right onto my loading dock concrete. When I told him I was unhappy he quietly loaded his equipment up and just vanished. I canceled the payment and we went to court over it. The mediator was appalled at the photos I provided but it was going to cost even more money and time to litigate and so it was not financially smart to pursue. Absolute garbage workmanship and company ownership. Everything DC coatings did I had to have re-done by an actual

Dwight and his team did an amazing job refinishing the floors of my commercial building. The floors had original carpet and tile over the concrete. They put I'm the extra time prepping and removing the carpet glue and tile mortar. After prep the floors looked like new concrete. They then applied their epoxy coating. It looks great! I shopped around and DC Coatings was by far the best value. They were thousands less than their competitors with no extra charges or fees at the end. I really appreciate their transparent and quick estimates. I definitely recommend DC Coatings and will be using them this Summer for my home garage and a pool deck project Thanks again, Chris
