Owner came to give estimate. Arrived when he said he would. Set date for the work to be done the following week. He called a couple of days ahead of time to confirm and showed up on the day he promised.

Dean was extremely prompt, professional, courteous and patient throughout all phases of our project, answering emails, calls and questions. We had a sunroom porch floor that was in need of repair, in addition to some other minor repairs around the home and Dean responded to my inquiry within a day, came out to take a look, gave an estimate and completed the project all within two weeks. He also made a great suggestion regarding replacing the existing floor and old tiles with a certain flooring for the entire porch instead of having mismatched tiles and older grout to deal with and match. His suggestion was perfect and the sunroom floor looked beautiful. The project only took two days, with the crew arriving early and working non-stop. They were also great cleaning up and respecting Covid protocols. Overall exceptional customer service from start to finish and excellent, quality work by Dean and his crew. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Dean showed up when he said he would to look at and discuss my project, got back to we quickly with an estimate. He always returned my texts and phone calls promptly the same day but usually within the hour. He answered all my questions with patience and clarity making it easier for me to make my final decisions. He completed the job quickly, skillfully and cleaning the work area of all debris. I am 100% satisfied with his work, will hire him again for future projects and highly recommend him to others.

The owner, Dean, is an excellent qualified worker. He is an extremely pleasant, conscientious, hard working, caring individual. He did work at my in-laws house and just the amount of respect he had for them both (seniors) was just fantastic to see. He is precise in his work and is very much dedicated to making your project come out how you want it to. We'll definitely use him again.
