First and foremost, Dan is awesome! He does exceptional work! We had a major flood and Dan repaired all the damage to the floor, the whole garage. Installed all new drywall, mudded, painted and it looks amazing! Also installed a new door which looks great! He was always on time and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the day. I would HIGHLY recommend him!

Went above and beyond requested service. Had all shutters removed, repaired and painted and reinstalled within two days! Hired Andre to paint cellar stairs and he suggested he add special non-slip stuff to the paint to avoid slipping. I appreciated his forethought and execution of the job.

Dan did a superb job was very efficient and cleaned up everything and was reasonable he was out right away gave his estimate quickly - had a bathroomceiling water pipe burst and flooded several rooms -he does great work and I am a vet and he gives 10% off I would definitely hire him again without question

DC Contracting was the first to get back to me within an hour. All others took 2-6 days. Dan visited my residence the same day and gave me a quote to repair all the drywall in the house and paint the entire condo ceilings and walls. The condo is 1740 sq. ft. and Dan and his crew were done in less than three days. I added two extra jobs to be done and Dan did them for a modest cost. After Dan repaired and painted the entire condo it was left as if no one had been there except for the bright new look he left behind. He as well as the men that worked with him very professional, on time and very helpful with suggestions. Everyone of them were gentlemen. Went out of his way to make sure things were cleaned up when they were done, even vacuming my carpet. He also became part of the family. Even gave him a key to the house while we went on vacation, sending me picture keeping me updated on the progress while we were gone. He was fabulous!!

Dan and work crew showed up on time, were easy to work with and got our basement redone quicker than we expected. Will definitely hire him for more projects in the future.

Wouldn't recommend. Not sure if DC could be considered to be a carpenter - just barley a contractor... really a handyman that can print up an invoice. Was not proficient in scoping and pricing work though competitive rate was offered I found the quality of work to be sub par. Not adept at navigating on the job challenges or taking initiative to deliver on stellar workmanship. Sub contracts most of the work to other semi-pros... Might have had a different experience if I had been needing a smaller job or handyman.

Dan and his crew were great! They rebuilt our walls and celing after mold was removed. Dan was great with communication, everything was done well and in the timeline given. The price was fair for the work. I would hire them again for sure!

We had ice dams this winter that caused some damage in 5 areas in my home. I got Dan's info from this site. I am very pleased with his work. Very friendly and courteous. Did some extra work while he was here, he removed an old a/c unit in the wall and repaired inside and out. He was great with questions we had about other areas in our house that need work. Looking to hire him again in the future.

Dan installed crown molding on my kitchen cabinets and they came out beautiful. He has a great work ethic and is friendly as well as professional. He also patched some holes in the walls and did a great job with that as well. I already plan on using his services in the future.

Dan came over to the house promptly to give us a quote and was very friendly. He did an excellent job repairing our vinyl siding at a very reasonable price and also touched up some minor issues inside the house. I would highly recommend.
