D.C. Dedicated Plumbing, LLC

My wife and I hired Dedicated Plumbing to repair a broken drain pipe in my basement. Del-Mar and his assistant arrive promptly, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Total time was about 2 hours. A couple of days later I noticed leakage around the repair site. I called up Del-Mar and he came out the same day and tighten down the gasket, and presto...PROBLEM SOLVED. He also tighten the plumbing under my kitchen sink because there was a small leak. We received a quote for future work, and I am looking forward to using D.C. Dedicated Plumbing again.

Had a water heater go out on a Friday after work. I saw that they're hours were until 10 pm. Called and they came by 7, very prompt. The service charge was $59.00, reasonable. Turned out he hit the pilot button and it went right on. He stayed about 10 minutes to make sure it stayed lit. He charged me a total of $125, $66 to hit the button. He thought the thermopile may be bad but would have to wait until after the weekend to order if needed. Turned out it was, but I called another company and they came twice, with the part, for a total of $175. He came on time but $66 to push a button was excessive. I can see another $20-25 for his time but will not use again.

very timely and professional

Del-Mar was great! My "simple" project turned out to be more complicated than we realized. He fixed the backyard faucet and for the front one working (it hadn't worked since I bought the house). Thanks for all of your hard work!!

Del-Mar, the owner, arrived on time within an hour of contacting Home Advisor. My plumbing problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. I now have his business card and will certainly contact him with any future plumbing problems. In the future, we won't hesitate to contact Home Advisor.

Overall, DC Dedicated Plumbing did a great job on our basement bathroom and kitchen rough-in. They were on time, finished early and the quality of work looks great!

I will ALWAYS recommend/hire Delmar for any type of plumbing work. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and his prices are more then reasonable. Delmar's work was "above and beyond" what any other service would have provided and completely worth hiring!! :-)
