They were very responsive, quick to get us scheduled fir a time convenient fir us and on time for the appointment. We had a refrigerator removed. The only negative was it was just one guy to remove a very heavy fridge, so my husband who has back problems had to help him. Our door frame ended up getting damaged in the process. There was no offer to compensate for the damage.
