I appreciate the honesty of DCG Environmental. We were ready to pay for whatever was needed to remediate suspected mold. Inspection by the State of TX Licensed Mold Consultant from DCG found that no mold remediation was necessary. This is a company that puts people and customer service first.

The man was very kind and respectful and tested the areas which I was interested in.

I can't say enough about the good service. Our technician came right on time and was very thorough and informative. I would definitely use them again!

For anyone out there that is dealing with a potential mold problem, heed my advice. HIRE THIS COMPANY. I reached out to DCG and was instantly connected to their President, Shellie. She walked me through the processes of mold assessment and testing with the utmost level of assurance and clarity. The employee whom came out to walk the property and take the test was incredibly cordial as well as devoted to making sure that the property was thoroughly investigated. In regards to the tests, they were more than accommodating due to my time commitment and share a strong relationship with the labs who will analyze the samples which is good for the customer. It was not necessarily cheap, but hear me out. I am a recent college graduate. I do not necessarily have money to throw around, especially for instances like this. Yet, the money I spent on this, from the service, hospitality, accommodations to the unbelievable depth of the test results, was more than worth it. If you are having a mold problem, or believe to have one, then I highly recommend DCG, you will not be disappointed

Shelly set an appointment and told me exactly what to expect. Ken came at the appointed time and was very professional and personable. He worked quickly, and as he worked he explained everything he was doing. He told me that I should expect results within 24 hours. I received a comprehensive report the next morning, which included recommended abatement contractors.

From start to finish this was a great experience. Shelley took my call and gave me all the answers and basically trained me on the whole process. They were on the site when they said they would and their communication was top notch. I would recommend DCG with everybody. I never had to use a company like this but I know who to turn to now. Owner's very prompt with response & courteous. The inspector was on time,and was knowledgeable in the field. He was very polite & not in a hurry. Waiting on final results. Will recommend them to anyone. I feel I can ask questions afterwards if I have any. Nathan was a great guy & I felt comfortable with him. Shelley, the owner, was very personable as well.
