Quality of work and cooperation were excellent until nearing the end of project when just finishing became the priority. The length of time (nine months) to complete project was unsatisfactory. Cesar and his crew were professional yet friendly.

We had Cesar completely remodel our basement. Cesar and his crew did an excellent job. We moved a bathroom and created a new laundry space. He even dry-walled and painted a play space for our daughter under the stairs. Extremely professional, clean and the basement has never looked better. Highly recommend

Cesar and his crew were extremely professional and thorough in all their work renovating our finished basement. They did drywall repair, built an enclosure for our new duct work, built a closet, installed an exterior grade door and security door, painted the entire basement, installed new baseboards and sanded and refinished the basement stairs ��� all with great care and with an eye to detail that was superb. His estimates were comprehensive, honest and complete and well within our expectations. I highly recommend contacting Cesar at DC Home Improvement, you'll be glad you did.

DC Home Improvement updated my 1960 bathroom to a 2015 bathroom. They took away the old fixtures (sink, toilet, etc) and worked within the confines of a small Capitol Hill DC bathroom. Fixing the tile work was tricky and they made it seem easy. They repainted my ENTIRE 2 story house in addition to doing the bathroom overhaul. They were within my budget with no hidden expenses, and did the work within my tight schedule, with no slipping. Great work, professional team, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing "improvement" to their property. Very pleased!

Caesar came to give his estimate within two hours after I contacted him. He and his crew did an outstanding job on the Master Bedroom ceiling. His price was very reasonable. He came everyday to work and oversee the project. The project was completed in a timely manner. I was very pleased with his work.

Mr. Cesar in the beginning showed that he was a professional, concern and responsible contractor. However, when we paid him half of the money for the project another side of him came out. He begin to argue with me and caused problems between my husband and I. He is money hungry, would never hire for anything. Oh. The kitchen garbage disposal he call himself installing still leaks and we called him back three to try and fix.

Cesar was very prompt in answering my request for estimate. His price was fair and his work was top-notch. He showed up every day for the four days that the job required and he made sure there was no mess left behind when he was done. Very professional and I'm very satisfied with this contractor. We asked Mr. Cooper to remove paneling and a drop ceiling in our basement and replace them with drywall while protecting the existing wall-to-wall carpeting. When the demanding chore was complete, the carpet was still in excellent condition. He also did a beautiful job of painting the drywall and trim. He offered creative solutions when asked, while always honoring our wishes. The job took slightly longer than initially predicted but only a few days. He arranged for us to begin using our basement area in the midst of his tending to final details. He was accommodating and conscientious. We're very pleased with the end result.
