DCJ Home Improvements - Unlicensed Contractor

Just started bathroom remodel, Dennis is very meticoulus and professional, would like to place a review again once work is completed!

Great Guy Great Work, Quality & Price.

showed up as promised. will be doing additional work, am waiting to hear from him.

He did the best that he could. He had not done stucco repair before but he did ok.

Such a nice young man. Did a great job on two tables. Wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. A real craftsman.

Wonderful, professional service. Definitely hire again for other projects!

Excellent work and very tidy!

Very professional. High quality work

Got the job done.

Dennis is knowledgeable, organized, cleans up after himself and did a great job for us. We will use him again. He came with another man to undertake repair of a heavy front door and was true to his estimate.

Came right on time, repaired a broken door, installed curtain rod, did excellent work. Will use again.

he was very knowedgeable

I used Dennis at DCJ to wrap up and do some finishing work for a full home renovation project. I had a handful of miscellaneous items to complete including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, appliance installation, and various other troubleshooting tasks. Dennis worked efficiently and methodically down our list to a very satisfactory completion of all items. He did the jobs as expected and went above and beyond too. As a project manager I only contract with service providers who bid T&M (time and materials - not a flat rate) and whose hourly rate is within the prevailing wage range (high and low) provided by Greater Resource Group (a nonprofit organization that provides market research for fair wages in the construction industry). Dennis' rate was within the range provided for the function he was performing. I am very happy with the value of his work. I work with a lot of craftsmen and contractors across the industry. Dennis easily stands out. He is organized, well equipped (in knowledge, supplies, and set-up), professional, respectful of client's property, and easy to work with. Many contractors say that they have "pride in their work" when bidding a project. Dennis never said that, but actually showed it the outcome. To me, that's most important.

Timely, thorough, knowledgeable. I will be using him again!

Installed a pet door through the wall. Excellent care and quality.
