Daniel was willing and present when it was time to sell me the project but as soon as he cashed my check that is when the excuses started. He became a no show on a regular basis, difficult to get a hold of, unreliable, changed his plans when he was supposed to be there. I had to call him to look for him, we are going into 3 weeks on a week project which is still not half way done. When I called him out on it, he called me and yelled at me that i was not his priority, meanwhile all I asked for was for communication and to keep to the schedule he has sent. My yard is currently in state of disaster and mess where he left trash in the middle of the backyard, bed plants he removed laying in the back yard. Exposed dirt in the front yard where it is not fully completed.

I was needing a water runoff issue to be resolved for an FHA buyer. I told Daniel what I needed to pass FHA inspection, and for as cheap as possible. And DC Landscaping did just that. Questions were answered and responses were prompt. DC Landscaping did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anyone I know, and will use them for any landscaping, grading, or drainage work in the future.
