For a project that started out so positive with so many promises, it failed miserably. Having a written quote with a verbal that the project would be done in a few weeks meant nothing to the owner of this company. We gave money in advance so materials and subcontractors could be hired. After 3 weeks of only having our old tub taken out plus drywall and door removed. My husband and I decided to stop the job after several excuses and delays kept pushing this out more and more. We asked for the return of monies that were not used so we could hire another team. The owner said he had to pay for a second electrician out of our money which was fine but that left $775. The owner said I had to pay my guys for their labor and it was $200 a day for every day they came out. They came out 4 days but only did about an hour worth of work total. There were 3 days where they came out talked for about 20 minutes and then left. On the 4th day when the tile guy showed up, they all got into some kind of verbal argument and the tile guy was let go. At first, the owner seemed like a down to earth guy and I remember him specifically saying I do not like drama. I am a contractor that just wants to do my job. I hired DCO Plumbing Co because of their reviews and their fast response on a quote. Something changed during the course of our project where the owner could not hold up to his promise. In the end, we got someone else to finish our project in just a few weeks and are very happy with the results. I just want to caution consumers to go with your gut when picking out your pros. Even though I would like my pre-paid money back that was not I wish no ill to DCO Plumbing but wanted to share my experience with their service.

Received low-grade service. The plumber arrived several hours late and did not bring the correct materials. The work that was performed was not what was initially talked about and items were left off. When I questioned the plumber he became angry and said rude things to me. At the end of the project, the plumber installed a pipe incorrectly and it began leaking after he left.

UPDATE 06/11/2020; He agreed to give me partial refund of $500. I believe he should have given me all of the $700 for what he put us through for a whole month.****The problem we are having is that its been a month since we contracted him to do our job. He said he would get right on it, but he hasnt. There have been several delays, and we have understood the weather delays but we feel he is not holding his side of our agreement to get necessary equipment in to diagnose the septic. We still have sewage on the ground, just as we did on May 5th when he initially came out to view the job site. I do not feel he has been communicating with me. He has dug a hole to try and locate the box but he has not gotten the necessary equipment or excavator out to the job site to identify the issues with the septic. We want him to come out and finish the diagnostic required asap so we know what needs to be done and there are no health concerns.

They didn't complete my job, booked me for another day and never came.

Replaced old water heater and pipes at a reasonable price. Was very respectful and conscientious. Did a great job.

In the midst of this pandemic, Dominic completed the job to the best of his ability. We are relieved that we have a new main waterline and that it will last for a very long time. And he did not over charge like many many of the other plumbers. We highly recommend Dominic.

Hr was prompt and courteous, did the job of repairing the main water intake pipe in an excellent manner. If I ever need plumbing services again, I would certainly use him again.

Dominic and Joaquin worked hard to get our family's household water supply line replaced. Dominic was up until 10:00 p.m, the first night, to hook our house up to our neighbors water supply. The supply store had run out of the type of water supply line we needed. Dominic is experienced enough to configure a lot of different materials, so he did copper lines. He worked two full days on our emergency and made the situation bearable. A likeable guy and he provided really good service!

Very accommodating and I'm very grateful for his help. He is honest and great to work with.

The original appointment didn't happen, but Dominick, the owner, quickly agreed to come on a Saturday to do the job. It was a difficult job but he stuck with it and did a great job.
