His framing work is very impressive and I had a great experience with him.

Our project was wood framing more than 2000 sq ft addition to an old existing house. We have a custom design with a complex roof truss system that ties into the old roof and walls that were not built perfectly square or level. The work included floor wall and roof trusses and sheathing as well as deck and roof for a wrap around porch. The reviews DC Partners were all good but I was concerned that none were for a job of this size. I soon found there was nothing to worry about. Daniel personally supervised the work and did an excellent job complying with every design detail finishing the work with quality and speed in spite of some problems with the truss scheduling that caused some delays to work around. In a few cases the design did not work and Daniel always came up with a solution with options for our consideration. This is a first rate framing contractor.

April 18, 2015 Reference and Recommendation Letter To whom it may concern: On Aril 12th, 2015, we hired D.C. Construction to install a roof over a second level porch. The bid furnished by Daniel Carmona was well within reason for a 10 x 20 single gabled roof supported to grade over an existing deck. D.C. Construction was one of four bids that we obtained; two on our own and two via Home Advisors. D.C. Construction got the job, hands down. We bought the materials and had them delivered. On April 16, 2015, Daniel Carmona arrived at the agreed upon time and started work immediately. Two footing were installed and prep work was completed on the first day. On April 17, 2015, all support beams were installed and rafters hung. The third and final day, April 18, 2015 the sheathing, felt and roofing were installed prior to noon, the entire site cleaned and inspection done. The wife and I can���t say enough GOOD things about Daniel Cormona and his crew; all were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and meticulous. _________________ Donald E.
