Water Main - Install, Replace or Repair
Bought house knowing it may possibly need a water main from the street to the house & without a doubt, complete removal / replacement of all waste & supply lines. With Pauls guidance & expertise we found out that the main was not needed. Wow, there is honesty for you. Paul presented a clearly written proposal on the all the work we discussed then executed the work with professionalism. He was meticulous & detail oriented, kept me informed along the way & did exactly what he said. As a consumer we all make choices. Paul is the right choice. Thanks DC Plumbing !

"It takes a little bit of time to set a toilet correctly so there is no rocking involved. These toilets needed the flanges anchored among other things. We do it right the first time. If he needed somebody quick and to just barely get by he shouldn't have called me. Our company does not take shortcuts . We guarantee our workmanship for a period of one year against faulty workmanship. Also we are not there to sell you unneeded services. I will bring to your attention something that we see may need to be addressed. no high pressure sales here. Thanks for your business"

Gas Piping
Wanted to add gas shutoff to an outdoor appliance. Called Paul, got a estimate and he returned a day or two later to compliment my request. Paul is knowledgeable and a great guy to speak with. We basically talked the whole time he was working because of my doing. Ask for pointers and he gave sound advice. Told me he would even come back and hook up my appliance after I ordered to the line he ran. Actually wrote it into my bill. That is awesome customer service, people! Have him scheduled to come back in a couple weeks to do some odd jobs. Thanks DC Plumbing! !! You guys rock!!!

"Travel time was included in this bill. Replaced a thermocoupler on this heater. This is difficult to do sometimes because of the closed and sealed burner assembly. Everything has to be lined up correctly Also checked water heater over for any other issues. Most times replacing the thermocoupler is a 50/50 chance of solving the problem. Many times it involves replacing the burner assembly or even the gas valve and these parts are costly. Fortunately in this case it was a fairly simple fix."
