"DCS only agreed to install drains only. DCS was never in agreement to do grading and resloping work. The customer later mentioned that he would like his yard graded once the commiment was already made to do drainage install only. DCS owner explained to the customer that the machine that was needed was not available due to mechanical repairs being done and can not do any grading or resloping work. DCS explained that the repairs were scheduled to be finished later that day and if that would have been the case DCS would consider doing the grading and resloping. Bottomline is this was a job for drainage install only and did not require the type of ma"
"DCS apologize you are not happy with the work unexpected things happened. Customer is Exactly right about DCS has been reaching out trying to rectify the problem through text and phone calls but no one would respond. Customer was not charge any delivery fees or for the top soil due to being unable to get top soil when machinery stop working DCS offered to put the seeds and hay down but the customer advised not to that they will put that down themselves. The bobcat machinery went down and DCS therefore unable to get the top soil and a discount was given that's why DCS went down on the price. As for going on to the neighbors property that's we"
"DCS apologize if the customer feel as we did not do a great job. DCS did communicate with the customer as clear as possible and explained that there was no way that our equipment will fit in such a small space. DCS even tried to help even more by going down on the price of the job and even provided a load of FREE dirt. It is not DCS obligation to find another contractor if we can't do what the customer is asking. We are only obligated to do what was agreed. Also All customers should understand that they can not change what was/is agreed and discussed prior to the job starting and in motion. And please understand that DCS is in the business to"
"DCS apologizes if the customer feels as if DCS rushed the work. DCS is in business to make a money. Time is money. There is no reason for DCS to drag out a project. At the end of a project DCS does a final review with the customer to make sure the customer is satisfied with the work that was done, or if there anything that DCS missed. If the customer does not express their concerns during the final review DCS leaves believing the customer is happy. Just because work was done in less time does not mean that DCS didn't provide the best service possible. Keep in mind all projects doesn't always take days to complete when you have the right equipment to complete the job."
"DCS wants to apologize that you were disappointed with our services. DCS makes it known to all customers that they are responsible for paying for their own supplies. DCS also explains to all customers up front at the time of the initial mtg when customers are seeking a quote, if it will be a job that we can commit to or not. Unexpected situations do occur sometimes and sometimes these situations calls for a compromise in order to get the job done. If customers are unwilling to compromise this can possibly leave the job unfinished by the contractor. If the customers threaten DCS and demand us to get off their property then the customer will be disappointed because the customer terminated the job on their own."
