After he hand tighten the connection he refused to put the dirt back in the hole without an additional $120 above the $190 to tighten the connection that should have been replaced. When I only asked for estimate! He did not follow call before you dig protocol. As a black senior citizen I feel I was overcharged for the few minutes of work done.

"Maam, while we are sorry you feel you had poor service, we can also say that a number of these things did not happen. The water main was in fact leaking because of a previous repair that handy Andy made. We dig with a shovel at the water meter that doesnt call for an 811 call. We spent well over two hours there while you stood right there with us saying it just needs to be fixed, not once saying to not to do the work. You only became upset when we told you how much it would be at the end (which was well below what it should have actually been) especially when performed by a licensed professional. We never refused to put the dirt back in because at the time it was..."

We had a blockage in our sewer line on a Sunday. DC Sewer and Drain came out very quickly and fixed our problem. Very professional and helpful. We will be using next time we have a plumbing need.

These gentlemen for the utmost professionals and our water heater units are on the third level of the house. So I know how difficult the task was but they preformed it effortlessly. Would recommend to anyone needing service of any kind.

Our water heater has â  issuesâ  in Removing. However these two gentlemen handled it well. There was no extra charge for the issue. I would hire them again.

Call me and let me know where he was on the job and that he was leaving to go to the hardware store and would be right back. Soft-spoken family man. Pleasant and said he enjoyed visiting with me.
