My wife contacted Dan the owner to put in a backsplash which is a two-day job about 6 weeks ago. They said they were busy but could come in a month or so to start the work. We pick out everything and all measurements were sent, and we agreed on the price. At first, communication was good. The work was supposed to start last week, but Dan never showed up. We contacted him all weekend and finally, he responded. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for the following week. Well, he did not show up again and did not bother to call. After asking around I found out this has happened to past customers as well. If he never wanted the job, a simple call would have sufficed. I know contractors get busy, but this is ridiculous. Beware of this company.
