We hired this contractor for what was expected to be a straightforward job, but unfortunately it was not completed and took significantly longer than anticipated. During the work, there was damage to our home, including multiple holes in the walls, and the plumbing was nicked, resulting in a leak. There was also damage in the basement that will now require repair by a licensed plumber. Based on our experience, we were disappointed with the quality of work and the overall outcome.

"This was a 2-story home. Attic was treacherous with no safe walking area and blown-in insulation/ Both of these greatly impeded my progress. Home was pre-wired with coax cable, some of which was never completed. In all cases, the coax cable was stapled to the studs. I couldn't use it to pull Cat6. Where I had to drill up from the basement, the spray-in insulation greatly impeded my progress. I underestimated the scope of the job due to these obstacles which weren't fully realized until I began work. I was told they would assess these obstacles and hopefully resolve them, and possibly come back to finish. I took no payment and said I would accept payment once I completed the job, at a later date. Given the nature of this customer review, I'm sure won't be called back. Follow-up: I was not called back. The multiple holes in the wall were existing wall openings for coax, which had to be expanded to have room for the Ethernet cable I was running. If I had been called back any 'holes' in the walls would have been repaired. I never heard back from them. If I had. I would have opted for MoCa adapters instead of Cat6 cable."
