Debbie from D&D spoke with me over the phone to discuss my needs. It was very quick to get an appointment. Debbie and another person from D&D did the appraisal. They were very thorough, very efficient, and really and very kind.I received a full report, with color pictures, local comps, and much detail. Their price for the appraisal was at least $100 less than other offers I had received. I am very pleased with their efficiency, attention to detail. I highly recommend them.
