Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring Installation
DDB Building Restorations.. Dan Blaser JR and Sr. Long story short They were hired to build a bed bath addition on my home.. got big down payment, disappeared for months then when finally starting 9 months later minimal work, materials and hours worked. Always an excuse and needed more money for things etc etc. There was water damage due to their negligence. Had a building inspector here to point out the issues. Subsequently told them to get off my property. Had to hire a different company to take down what was done and start from scratch. I lost 32K.
Filed at the magistrate for $12.5 K ( the limit) and won. Reason being it would cost me more for attorney fees etc than the 32K. DDB appealed pro se for $20 and its like the magistrate hearing never took place. In order to get anywhere it is going to cost me 60K to possibly get 30k. Per legal advice it isn't worth pursuing and they probably don't have it anyway or money is hidden.
