I called David about repairing a broken recliner. He came to the house to check it out but had to take it to the shop to do the repair. He provided great work. It's probably in better shape now than it was when it was bought 10 years ago. He even restuffed the arms (at NO extra charge). He has 20 plus years of experience in furniture repair and I would hire him again in a second.

I felt that $184 to replace a fuse was a little high when you consider that you can buy a new dishwasher for $300. The service was quick, on time, friendly, and professional.

He contacted me quickly and got to my house the same day. Even though we had to order parts to fix my washer and dryer, he has been keeping me updated on the process.

They did a good job and stayed in touch.

It went from a dream to a nightmare.

I really appreciated David coming out on a Sunday. Even thought the issue was not fixed that day, he told us what was wrong. Further, he said he would not put anyone in danger by adding freeon to the refrigerator. Thank you for thinking about safety first.

The service call was fine. We were told they would sell us a $1000 retail dishwasher, refurbished for $400. When they brought it, it was the same model that Lowe's sells for $300 out the door. Not pleased with that at all.

Going from a copper refrigerator supply to a larger, flexible line keeps the flow but not all the pressure - that's science. Other than coming to that realization, the service was great.

I was very satisfied with the prompt response and service from DDB.

The service specialist came by thre house and diagnosed the problem. He assured me the problem was s/s hpolkit but he would have to get the part the next day. He came back the next day and installed the part. After the initial install of a part the unit didn't cool until the next day and he said that was normal. The next day the unit did in fact start cooling and was working for rest of the day. The next day the frig stop cooling again and we called the service tech. and he came and said the kit he insatlled was missing a capacitor. H einstall the capacitor and the frig cooled for a short time. This time the compressor was bad. to little to

The work was work was done in a timely manner, done well, & the men were very professional. The hourly rate could have been cheaper, but other than that I have no complaints.

I was really pleased with the service I received. As soon as I requested service I received a call within 5 mins. David was able to come out that afternoon because he had a cancellation. My microwave had gone out and I was needing to replace it. My situation was a little challenging because of the layout of my kitchen and having to have a certain microwave. He was so patient and really nice. David also took his time and made sure he left everything looking good. I will definitely hire again for any future projects. THANK YOU David and your son!!

DDB services was very quick to assess the problem. he came over the same day that he was called and it was in the afternoon! He had to order the part. He gave me an estimate, the probable time of arrival and we worked out a time for him to replace the part. after the part replaced he gave me a call to find out how it was working. Overall, I found him to be very reliable, effecient and friendly. I would highly recommend his service to others.

Service man was prompt and competed service same day. I was first told he would have to order part and would be back the following day. However, he called later to state he found the part locally and could come back and install it. He agreed to come back and install the part after my working hours. Again, he arrived promptly and completed the job timely.

He did not diagnose the problem correctly and by that time i did not want to spend any more money.

He stayed on the job until the problem was solved. He never lost his cool and remained courtious and committed throughout.

They really worked hard to get us what we needed. When we requested to be there, and was very polite, and got the job done. And we really appreciated it.
