Post Construction Clean up
We used them for a post construction cleaning. They came on time and were very flexible with my changing construction schedule. They were very communicative and customer service oriented. They did a very good job, and came back for few touch ups right away. Very recommended and will definitely going to use them again.

I ended up having them not come to my home after they failed to make a scheduled appointment to meet them, go over the contact, and get a key. I attempted to call them and text them with no response until i was already at work and had no way to let them into the house for the cleaning.

Basic spring clean job- bathroom (main area in which you would expect attention to detail) dirty. Soap scum still on bathtub, under sink dirty, shower still dirty. Told boyfriend it was "lime" and could not be removed. I then wiped right off w/ scrubber. Asked for particular attention to floors, yet floors left dirty. Stairs still dirty, corners, as well as carpet vacuuming job. Overall, decent for industrial jobs, but not your own house. Came no where close to the "deep clean" job. Should have been suspicious with the changing price. I don't think this is a real cleaning business...

Such as, Stand up shower area, which did have major concerns that required more attention and upstairs bedroom (move out cleaning),. which was not included in the estimate, The price was changed because of added work. Before closing of the cleaning, we gave the homeowner a walk through of said property for overall inspection. There were no complaints. Once again, we pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and take full responsibility for all our actions. If our customers are not satisfied with the work performed, we will come back and make it right with no additional charge. We are license bonded and insured.
