DO NOT PAY THEM IN ADVANCE. THEY DID NOT COME BACK AND COMPLETE THE JOB. I'M OUT OF $300 AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. I HAVE WRITTEN AND TELEPHONED. I HAD TO GET SOMEONE ELSE THE COMPLETE THE JOB AND PAY THEM, WHICH WAS A HARDSHIP SINCE I AM RETIRED ON A FIXED INCOME. I SEE THEY HAVE GREAT REVIEWS...MAYBE THEY ONLY RIP OFF THE ELDERLY.

The company was quick to respond at a reasonable price. The company sent someone out within one hour and the problem was fixed in 15 min. This is a great company with pleasant people.

The workman came within the time frame stipulated, but at the very end of the period. The worker found the problem and fixed it. I thought the cost was a little high, but I have no experience with this type of work. The worker was friendly and explained everything. I just wish he had come sooner.
