Thought the repair estimate was outrageous. They wanted to change out out our 6 year old unit with a bigger one. This is a Beazer 6 year old house that should not need a new unit yet!

We really wish you had called our office with these concerns. We have quality control, if needed and your concerns would have been addressed. It appears your only objection was the price quoted for repairing and or replacement. Our prices are market rate. Since your home is 7-8 years old, your equipment is out of manufactures warranty. Based on the new SEER2 mandates set forth by the U.S. Department of Energy in January, a price was given based on replacement of equipment should you decide that route. Please call our office if you have any questions.

DD Mechanical has performed both a/c install and repair work for me over the last 15 plus years for three of my homes. David and his personnel are always prompt and very professional. I've never had to recall DD Mechanical for improper or poor work. I've never waited more than a few hours for service/repair. Every service/repair has been completed before leaving my home and always for the original price quoted. DD's office personnel are very pleasant and immediately get messages to David or other service personnel.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
