We used DB Polishing for our Quartz counter tops in our kitchen renovation. They were the best, they beat their nearest competitor on price, they were patient and courteous when my other hired contractor continually delayed the job. They were very fast , and professional on site! Would absolutely use them again, and recommend them to anyone I know.

The repair men were very professional and polite. They gave attention to detail and maintained and left a clean work area. I of course wish the price was a little lower but you do truly get what you pay for, in a good way with them.

Everything from the customer service to the crew that came out to check and make the template and the installers were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They had our countertops ordered and installed way ahead of schedule. We couldn’t be more happy with the look, quality and cost of our new countertops. I would recommend DB Polishing company to anyone.

Jennifer has always communicated with me in a timely manner and has gone out of her way to accommodate my schedule because of project delays. The installers were professional and knowledgeable.

Very nice and reliable, but we were charged $500 for them to come back and install sink along with the initial fee.

These guys know what they are doing and are top notch. We just purchased a home and granite was installed wrong and shifted, liquid nails was used to install it looked bad. They were able to get the slabs off the counter and reinstall. They look like new!! I will not use anyone else in the future!

Making sure the customer is happy is important to them. Great job!

Went beyond their duty and accommodated me.

Unfortunately we did not know enough about the process to ask the question of whether or not all plumbing would be hooked up at end of installation. Hence we were without water in kitchen and 2 bathrooms for 2 days until a friend could help us out. Then $100.00 had to be spent on odds and ends to do the job, such as, drain and top part of garbage disposal were not left when sink was hauled away. We did specifically ask about sink and faucets being installed--yes sink installed and faucets set in holes, but nothing hooked up. Jeff explained during installation they are not licensed plumbers. Just wish that had been pointed out earlier so we could have been prepared. It never crossed our minds that sinks /faucets would not be usable when crew left. Friendly, professional knowledgeable group. We were able to go see actual slabs of granite before deciding. Accommodations were made last minute when Crack discovered in new sink. Jennifer was great, just don't be afraid to let folks plainly know what is not included, especially when it's a first time experience. We are in our 60s and never had counter tops replaced.

Their customer service was great. We needed the job done quickly and they were able to accomodate us. The workmanship was great. Excellent all the way around.

Six stars would be more appropriate. Sales, service, installers, all did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It's not hard to tell that quality workmanship and a happy customer are important to them. This company has a bright future.

They responded quickly to my query and were on the job quickly. The service was friendly and professional. I had to leave during the job and I trusted them to lock up when they were done!
