DEA Remodeling LLC

I hired DEA in April to do a remodel of my shower. They did the demolition and they brought over the tile but then there was nothing they just took almost entire amount and left costing me an extra $10,000 to complete the work with another contractor. If they'll take advantage of a disabled vet like me, they'll take advantage of anyone.

DEA Remodeling Kitchens and Closets, aka Kitchens and Closets by DEA, secured a significant deposit from me for proposed contracting work. They have completed minimal work and incomplete products for one hundred days plus.  New reviews posted after my deposit indicated significant cause for concern. I followed up and attempted to resolve the concerns directly with the Principal of DEA Remodeling Kitchens and Closets, Mr. Eric Marshall, without success. Mr. Marshall has removed all mentions of his business from sites.  A complaint has been made to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. I believe that a minimum of three complaints have been submitted for investigation, one of which has been referred to the ROC Legal department. I suspect the resolution of this will be a long process. Do your research; avoid doing business with this company.

Always communicated when they would be at our home to do work. Recommend a detail checklist for specific items to be sure they would be complete. We will definitely use them again for any remodeling project such as bathroom, garage flooring and or cabinets.

Modern Closets was able to find and solve problems the other companies didn't anticipate. My closet shelves look great and we are on our way to being much more organized.

Very professional. Great to work with!

Eric was professional when he came out for the free estimate. He created the image of what my new built-in for the closet would look like on his computer. He had great ideas about how to use the space and made suggestions for hanging brooms/mops and providing shelving for large serving platters, etc...very pleased with final product. He turned a useless laundry closet into a wonderful pantry!

Eric contacted me immediately regarding the project to schedule an appointment. I needed a small 6ft closet organizer installed relatively quickly; yet, had a small budget to work with (less than $300). The other company, Home Staging and Design, quoted me a price range of $500 - 1,200 over the phone. Eric was punctual and professional. I will definitely use his company for my next project.

Responded very quickly with initial info request. Arrived on time, went through entire house, gave price quote. Work was completed professionally. However, company did not respond to phone or email messages after down payment was made on initial visit. They need to work on this aspect of customer service. Other than that, excellent job! David, the installer was exceptional! We would recommend this company to others.
