They were decent to work with. They got the job done-ish in a reasonable amount of time. The work was total CRAP! I hired them to do a full remodel of my townhouse. It was 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms. I keep seeing the same reviews here that are 5 starts and I can assure you they are fake. I asked them to re-tile the bathrooms they didn't follow code and did a half baked job. 6 months later it was already falling apart. The Cabinets aren't straight gaps everywhere. The floors again no prep work or backer (again stupid) just slapped them down so that is falling apart too. Oh and because they were too cheap put new wax rings on the toilets my place smells like sewage. They had a good painter though. Overall, I paid them too much and I kind of paid them just to go away because the work was so bad. If you're flipping a cheap house and need to put lipstick on a pig they might be a good bet. Otherwise stay away.

Bad contractor did construction I hired construction to work on several residential projects and everything was a nightmare! Lewis and his father Louis would assign no English speaking individuals to the assignment given to them and let those people hack the job! They broke one of my clients vanity top after the work was hacked together for a storage shelf - tried to have me pay them for installing a wobbly ceiling fan with loose blades and missing screws! - hacked in windows with no flashing and seated incorrectly, not flush catching water! I gave them a chance to correct the issues only to find them deliberately sabotaging the next project! I caught ded construction deliberately clogging a drain pipe in a complex building with tile debri! I took a video of the sabatoge right after they left the job. They forcefully shoved tile debri into my clients drain, I had to forcefully pull out the debri to see how far they forced it in! This can only be done deliberately I was prying the chunks out! I quickly confronted Lewis with ded construction about the problem and he persist on not giving me an explanation for the deliberate attack on my job, my client, and myself. I knew I had to get rid of ded construction fast! they had keys to my clients home and so I had to ease them out of the process to avoid more problems not to mention the trashed every clients house on 4 residential projects I gave them. I told them to meet me on 5/8/23 8:00am at my new project so that I may fire them and things got hostile. Before words were spoken, Louis jumped out of his car and walk towards me slowly, 3 feet away from me he started pointing his finger at me saying you texting my son talking about his poor performance I said you right I did. He got close enough to touch me trying to intimidate me lol! I told him first of all you do not point your finger in my face, ( he falls back a couple feet! I smelled a punk! ) second of all your fired! Him and his son tried close in on me just to realize they were about to get hurt and end up on the floor because I was advancing towards them holding my ground! They were not aware I could have dropped both of them in the middle of the street. I stood my ground and told them their wrong doing while they were trying to talk over me saying absolutely nothing relevant just making noise out the mouth! Lewis the son waited until I turned my back and walked away to scream out nigh!!! You better not expose us I got text thread on you about at that point I was already at my new clients door heading inside for work. Could not hear the rest they were screaming. But that reminded me I have a text thread on Lewis acknowledging the drain sabotage but not justifying it rather just telling me to leave the job and he will make it go away ! What they have on me is me telling them fix their work. I even heard his dad Louis scream out your contractor Sure, I am the bad contractor that you were taking orders from for how long? And I am the bad contractor that taught Louis and his company how to operate better. They started trying to imitate me from how I talk to how I walk starting on the first project. They even changed their quoting format to look like mine I am glad you all are learning something! If you have any intelligence you can tell these fools are liars just by listening to them talk. They do not know I can identify theatrics on site. They try to blanket themselves with stories but cannot find the words to say when confronted with evidence and do not know how to solve construction problems with effective solutions I always had to hold their hands on every single little task! beware my neighbors. They are out here.

I honestly don t even know where to begin with the experience we have had with Louis and his company. We hired them to remodel our dining room and master bedroom and add a bathroom. The overall look of things upon completion is okay. It s not spectacular but not terrible. We had to point out a lot of flaws of obviously rushed work during the process, such as carpet not being stretched and was coming up in corners, rushed paint job, rushed drywall omg, didn t level the floors before installing laminate flooring so had to be redone, etc. When the project was completed, we weren t 100% satisfied but were honestly just ready for it to be over with. The project was already almost three weeks over the original timeline. That was in October. Fast forward to May, we had a major sewage backup in our basement that destroyed our basement. Come to find out, the issue is the plumbing Louis did. It wasn t done up to code and is causing major problems. We have to pay to have this corrected on top of the headache to restore our basement. We brought this to their attention and asked for our money back on the plumbing work we paid. They came out here and met with our plumbing company that identified the issue, apologized and admitted fault. They wanted to be the ones to fix it, but said they would charge us for it, which was just a huge slap in the face. We have asked multiple times for a breakdown in what we paid them, no response. I ve sent emails and called asking for reimbursement. Louis finally answered the phone and told my husband they wouldn t reimburse us and also threatened for us to not take legal action against him. I really don t know what is going to become of this situation. It is disheartening to be taken advantage of financially and also deal with half of our home being destroyed in the middle of a pandemic. Louis is manipulative and he hires very mediocre employees to do the work. He is more concerned with filling his pockets than doing quality work. Lesson learned on our end as newer homeowners, but I hope this reaches others before they make the mistake of doing business with this company:

They had to remove a previous bad paint job on my porch and repaint, lay outdoor carpet tile and clean up. They took the time to get it right and the finished job looks great. They communicated well tegarding time to do the job and correctly estimated time and materials. Highly recommend!
