DE Custom Floors did a great job installing beautiful laminate flooring throughout our OCONOMOWOC condo. The company people are great, professional and skilled. The finished project is great looking.

So friendly and did a great job! Got the whole job done in half a day!

DE Flooring installed very nice vinyl flooring in our basement and updated the carpeting on the stairs going into the basement. They also removed an old bar and patched up the drywall (for flooring guys they are pretty good at remodeling work!). The project really updated the look of the basement. I really appreciated the time and case that the owner took in helping us pick out just the right flooring. He came over with a bunch of samples. After he saw the room and heard what we were looking for he said he had "just the right product" that he wanted to show us. He drove back to his office and brought the additional sample. Update (23 months after install) - I needed a "repair" on my floor because I was changing out the closet from a rail system to a swing mechanism; nothing related to the product or workmanship. Dave sent over one of his installers to do the update for me in a very timely fashion and he knocked it out very quickly. You can't even tell it was done almost 2 years after the fact. Thanks DE flooring for the support after the sale / install.

I needed carpet for several rooms in my home and contacted Dave and Kelly from DE Custom Floors, Inc for help with this project. They were both very knowledgeable about their products, cost, and timing for install. Dave and his crew arrived right on time and explained exactly how the project was going to be accomplished. They were very professional, kept everything nice and neat, and got the job done in a timely manner. I am so very happy with my new carpet. David did excellent work, and FAST! He was very responsive and was able to work efficiently under a very short deadline. His team did a beautiful job with the carpet and laminate and left the place looking 500 times better than it was before. And the price could not be beaten. We are so lucky to have found him. Will recommend over and over.

Dave was excellent and really worked with our short timeline. He came out for a quote the same day and came in the next day to install. The only negative was having to plane 2 doors that couldn't be rehung after the carpet was installed. I will be calling him again when I am ready to do the upstairs!

I had another carpet installer do the initial install, and was so dissatisfied that I didn't even want him back in my house. Dave came in and corrected the problems, charged a fair price, and was in and out in no time. Wish I had found him to sooner.

Absolutley a professional. Absolute knowledge. Did not do anymore than what he thought was neccessary. His personality was assuring. I would reccommend him to anyone for any Carpet needs.

We chose DE Custom Floors to remove the carpet in our entry, great room, and sun room and replace it with oak hardwoods. Dave gave us a complete estimate and took the time to explain the process. He and a crew of two extra men spent three 9 hour days to complete our project. They were professional and worked ceaselessly; there were no breaks or lunches. Dave is a perfectionist and we are extremely happy. BEWARE: the project was very noisy and dirty. If we had known that it would create the dust, we would have covered our furniture with plastic drop cloths.

Very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Gently handled all items to be moved, and replaced after the job was completed. Nice clean up, also.

Very responsive. Very professional. One very small matter that wasn't worth calling them back. I felt they were a little pricey and I've yet to receive a receipt for my paid bill..

DE SHOULD OFFER A WRITTEN CONTRACT WITH CUSTOMER! WORKMANSHIP WAS SUPERB! SALES AND INSTALLERS WERE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, AND IMPORTANTLY, LOCAL PEOPLE. VERY EXPERIENCED AND EXPERT AT THEIR TRADE. WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN. ALSO PLEASE NOTE THAT GETTING A HARDWOOD FLOOR INSTALLED CORRECTLY IS NECESSARILY A NOISY PROCESS.

It was great working with David from DE Floor Coverings. He was very nice, accommodating, and VERY reasonably priced. He communicated with me the whole way and the work was done in about 4 hours. They were very clean, polite, and an overall pleasure to work with.

I would not recommend this guy to anyone. Not only was he 2.75 hours late to the appointment, but showed up with an attitude. He was effecient as to his work, but asked us to waste money that we didn't have by buying more carpet then he needed due to being shorted initially when carpet was purchased.
