We hired David to do an inspection and Radon test for a home we are planning on buying. He was very professional and capable in all of his inspection. Mr. Henke is an absolute gem! I cannot recommend him enough. He was incredibly thorough and so patient and kind in explaining everything in layman's terms to us. He made certain we were as informed as possible about the home we were having inspected. He discovered major and expensive issues that had previously went undetected. I would not trust anyone else to inspect a home I was considering buying. All inspectors are NOT created equal and Mr. Henke is truly in a class of his own!

These people are true professionals. Great phone skills and prompt appointment set up. David arrived on time. We had this house inspected when we bought it in 2006, the Inspector was in and out in 3 hours. David Henke was here over 5 hours and did the most thorough job. He found a isolated water pooling from a HVAC unit that was probably installed wrong when the house was built, (according to the AC tech that came to fix the problem). We were just days away from a major overflow that would have ruined the ceilings had David not found it. This alone was well worth the reasonable price to inspect the house.

We had 2 different homes inspected by them. They were always polite and on time. Meticulous in every facet of a home inspection. In one instance, they saved us thousands of dollars by finding faulty wiring within the home. The second inspection they were equally as thorough as the first. David is among the few who is ASHI certified. He was there on time; for a few hours, he explained everything to us, made sure their was no question what so ever before he left. Ensured we knew why each items was rated the way it was. Though our home is not very big the report was 53 pages. That alone shows how attention to detail he was. His price was a little cheaper but the quality of work was amazing.

I ordered my very first home inspection. I found David (DEH Sales Group) on home advisor then asked my mortgage company about him. They confirmed that David had been known for his great work and to go ahead and order a general home inspection with him. Being my first time, I was nervous. David was great and extremely friendly and thorough. He took a lot of time to go over each of the items he found in the home with me while on site. I'm extremely confident in his work. I will use him for all future home inspections. He was able to come out the same day I ordered with him and I got my report the same day. I will definitely use David with DEH Sales Group in the future.
