Del was great! I was connected immediatley to him by ServiceMagic. And he came within the hour to come fix my system. This is great for me because I have COPD and its hard for me to function well when it gets hot. He was friendly and courteous and fixed my Air Conditioner very quickly and for a fair price. Thank You

A pleasure have work performed by people whom I consider to have earned my trust. My only complaint is that they didn't have the part I needed on the first service call, which was something that I was looking for. But since I couldn't, because I didn't know, tell them what size fan motor I needed, they had to make a return trip with the needed part, but did so in a little over 1/2 day. Del was honest in that he stated up front that there would be the possibility that he wouldn't have the part, but thought the probability that he would was high. Obviously common sense & in the end the results were attained within acceptable parameters. :-)

Job was really simple. THought the service call was a little bit high for the work that he had to do. He only switched a small wire in the thermostat and took less than 10 mins. Glad there was not anything more wrong with the unit.
