My air conditioner completely gave out on me so I called Five Star Mechanical to see if they could help. I was so relieved when they said they could send someone out the very same day. Tanner was the technician who came by, and he was awesome. He jumped right in, found the issue, and got it fixed quickly without charging an arm and a leg. But what I appreciated the most was that he took the time to actually explain what went wrong and how he fixed it. It’s so rare to find that kind of transparency these days. Definitely recommend five star mechanical and will be using them in the future!

Had Five Star out to install a new unit on our home. Price was excellent, crew was on time, professional and left everything so clean. Their eye for detail was on point and the job looks and works amazing. 100/10 would recommend them to everyone we know.

We had a brand new system installed plus all new duct work and registers including demo of old system. It was an extensive job and Justin and his team were amazing and professional. Justin made the experience one of the best we have had. His vast knowledge and what we were wanting to accomplish, he got it done. Great communication and we always knew what was going on. They came out the same day to check heat pump Friday 6-09-23. I needed a new one that they installed Monday 6-12-23! They were professional and expedient! I have cold air before the annual heatwave! I’m very happy with their performance! Thank you for your help! Great company!

I would like t have had the experts name, so I could call on him again. The only thing I didnt like was there was a brand new thermostat on the wall and he changed it and took it with him, we could have used it on another furnace, it was new. Five star home services did get us another one so everything is A OK.

Friendly, quick response. Day after installation we noticed a slight drip of water on the water heater. The company sent a plumber immediately and he found the source of the leak and fixed the problem.
