D.E.Nolan has done numerous construction projects for me over the years. Last year he completely remodeled our kitchen and the end result is amazing! It is beautiful and functions so well. He also remodeled 2 rooms in my place of business and put down all new floors and put in a new bathroom and it looks and functions great! He also put a new deck on my house made with Trex 3 years ago and it looks great and it is as sturdy as day one. He also built a 30 by 50 ft garage years ago and the process went great. The one thing I always say about Dave is when he starts a project he stays on it until it is complete. He is not one of these companies who does 2 days here and then you don't see them for a week. He takes time to answer questions and explain what options are available. I completely recommend Dave for any project. He is always the first call I make when any construction project comes my way.

I knew I was going to hire Dave the first time I met him. When I asked him if I could see his certifications and proof of insurance for both himself and the subcontractors he uses his reply was Let me go get it. They are all in my truck. Of the 3 contractors I interviewed for this project he was the only one that could produce the requested information right then. The replies from the other guys was I can get that for you. Additionally, I first hired Dave for a full house remodel with the addition of an in-law apartment. I hired Dave again a year later to build me a gym in the exterior garage. I can not speak high enough of his work and work ethic. If you want a contractor that is reliable, dependable, and looks out for your best interests then Dave is the right contractor for your job. Furthermore, the crew that works for him and the subcontractors he uses are exceptional and professional. The fact that I can reach out to Dave and he picks up the phone every time I call even if it is unrelated to the work he preformed he always provides me with invaluable professional advice. This is a rare behavior that all contractors should practice. He prides himself on customer service.
